Best food I ate: Gyotaku’s Ox-Tail Soup.  The soup was dark in color and rich.  I like the mustard cabbage and peanuts that was in the soup too.  The company at Gyotaku was pretty good too.  Komala Curry House is usually pretty good no matter what curry you choose.

Best thing I listened to this week:  Alvin’s Erasure Tour Mix.  More Lullatone.  More Poi Dog Pondering.  I liked this Moby concert that was on the NPR web site.

Best thing I watched: I watched Season 4 of Californication.  I’m not sure if this show has jumped the shark like Weeds.  The show is only recommended if you like snarky humor and t&a.  Akira has started to watch Inspector Gadget.  He loves the music on the Inspector Gadget show.

Best thing I cooked:  Gumbo dominated the week and was good.  I also cooked some chicken and green papaya soup and some chicken adobo.

Best thing I read: I made some more progress on Storm of Swords (GoT book 3).  Only about six hundred more pages to go.  Akira wrote a ROY G BIV poem at Na`au that was pretty good.
